Toronto Pearson – Tweet-a-Carol Holiday

The Christmas holidays are a time where friends and family come from all over the world to spend some time together. Toronto Pearson set out to personalize this experience with a tweet-a-carol program where friends and family could request a personal holiday carol dedication by tweeting on @torontopearson the name and arriving flight of the arriving guest. Upon arrival at the airport, travellers were greeted by a group of holiday carollers holding a welcome sign with the guest’s name. Also within the terminal Mrs. Clauses armed with favourite Holiday stories read to the children at departure gates while passing the time waiting on their flights to leave. The combination of these Holiday surprises lifted spirits within the airport for all travelling adults and children.
