The Body Shop- The Greatest Make-Up Event

Customers and fans of The Body Shop, Virgin Mobile Members, and the public were invited to experience a first-class makeover event at Yonge-Dundas Square. The Greatest Makeup Event Ever was the launch of the new Extra Virgin Mineral Makeup Collection. The Body Shop and Virgin Mobile supported this launch as a natural partnership because of the name of the new product. Virgin Mobile’s It’s Better to be a Member campaign allowed their members to get special deals in store; and guests to the event were treated to professional makeovers and VIPs got a chance to relax in the Virgin Mobile Lounge. Media were invited to participate in a media scrum where professional makeup artist Chase Aston performed makeovers on professional models. Over 500 consumers attended the event along with 45 local and national media.
